
Ms. Dibya Laxmi Bajracharya (Chairperson & Technical Director)
Soil Science, North Carolina State University
One of the renowned soil specialists of Nepal, Miss Dibya Laxmi Bajracharya has a Diploma in soil science from North Carolina State University and a M.Sc. Degree in Chemistry from Tribhuvan University. She has worked as a soil scientist in various institutions of the Government of Nepal like Soil Science Division of the Department of Agriculture (DOA) and National Agriculture Research Council (NARC). After her retirement in early 90’s, Ms. Bajracharya started this soil lab, which is now the oldest privately owned soil and plant lab of Nepal. She has also worked with several Government and Non Governmental Institutions as a consultant and assited organizations to develop and implement sustainable soil management interventions. Even in her eighties, Ms. Bajracharya is actively engaged in research work in the lab as well as field.

Mr. Santosh Shrestha (Quality Manager)
M.Sc. Soil Science, Tribhuvan University
Mr. Shrestha is a Soil Specialist with seven years of working experience in the field of agricultural research and extensions. Mr. Santosh Shrestha has completed his post-graduation in Soil Science from Tribhuvan University. He has completed his under graduation in Agriculture with specialization in soil science. He has also completed sustainable soil management course from Wageningen University. Mr. Shrestha research expertise includes, soil fertility and nutrient management system, researches for improving laboratory analysis of soil and plants with adoption of farmers friendly technologies, monitoring and mapping using GIS tools. Beside the researches, Mr. Shrestha has expertise on data analysis of qualitative and quantitative researches. His other experiences are laboratory analysis of soil and plant, soil sampling methodology, survey methodology, remote data collection, GIS mapping, field data collection, data analysis and interpretation. Mr. Shrestha has received several national and international trainings on laboratory analysis of soil samples including one from CFQC&TI, India. He also has research articles in many international journals. He has participated in basic awareness training of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" and has been manageing the lab as per this particular standard.

Mr. Samundra Kawor (Shift Incharge)
M.Sc. Soil Science Candidate, Tribhuvan University
Mr. Samundra Kawor holds the position of Shift Incharge at the Agricultural Technology Center (ATC) since 2023. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Agriculture (Soil Science) from Tribhuvan University, having completed his Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Purbanchal University. Mr. Kawor has participated in several professional training programs, including the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories". His responsibilities include managing workflow, overseeing laboratory testing, maintaining equipment, handling documentation, and supervising staff performance to ensure a high-quality work environment. He possesses strong knowledge and experience in both field and laboratory soil analysis, as well as expertise in research design, data analysis, and soil mapping. Additionally, Mr. Kawor has provided various training sessions as a resource person organized by ATC.

Ms. Nima Gurung (Administrative Officer)
MBS Candidate, Tribhuvan University
Ms. Nima Gurung is the current an Administrative Officer of our company Agricultural Technology Center Pvt. Ltd. since 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Tribhuvan University. Ms. Gurung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pokhara University. Additionally, she has participated in various professional training programs, including the Income Tax & VAT Policy 2080/81, Basic awareness of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories". She handles key administrative tasks such as data entry, customer relations, maintaining financial records, logistics management, and TDS filing. She is also acquiring hands-on experience in performing various filings on the IRD website. Additionally, Ms. Gurung is highly skilled in using Tally Prime for efficient financial tracking and reporting.

Mrs. Ramita Bajracharya (Laboratory Technician)
Mrs. Ramita Bajracharya has more than eight years of working experience in ATC laboratory with Bachelor degree in Business administration from Tribhuvan University. She had participated and has secured outstanding remarks in Soil Analysis training conducted by Soil management Directorate, Department of Agriculture in 2065B.S. She carries routine analysis of soil, compost and plant sample and has expertise in handling laboratory equipment’s like Automatic Kjeldahl Digestion-Distillation set and Spectrophotometer.

Mrs. Rohini Bajracharya (Laboratory Technician)
Mrs. Rohini Bajracharya has been involved with ATC for last two decades as a laboratory technician. She has closely worked with senior soil scientist Ms. Dibya Laxmi Bajracharya for the last 20 years and is one of integral members of ATC. At present she handles activities such as sample preparation, routine analysis of soil, compost and plants. She has participated in various soil camps carried out by ATC along with performing day to day activities in the laboratory.

Mrs. Amrita Dahal (Laboratory Technician)
Mrs. Amrita Dahal has been involved with ATC for the last nine years. She works as a laboratory technician and assists in day to day functioning of the laboratory. She has expertise in sample preparation, routine analysis of soil, plant and compost. Along with her work in the laboratory she has also participated in various soil camps organized by ATC.
